About The Study
The Pedestrian Access to Transit Plan is Port Arthur's first full review of pedestrian conditions for PAT (Port Arthur Transit) users. PAT recognizes that getting to transit stops safely and comfortably is as important as using transit itself and sees room for improvement.

The Plan aims to improve safety, comfort, and convenience for pedestrians accessing transit. It targets areas with high PAT ridership and major infrastructure needs, proposing capital projects to address these gaps. Priorities and implementation goals are set to guide PAT staff, forming a framework for ongoing accessibility improvements in the region.
